Global Diversity Top 100 Ranking 2024
The Global Diversity Top 100 Ranking is based on a large-scale quantitative assessment of more than 1000 companies in Germany, analyzing the career trajectories of more than 120,000 talents. The top 25 companies in four categories receive the Global Diversity Champion badge, affirming their leadership in attracting a global workforce and fostering an environment in which global and local talents thrive.

What Does the Global Diversity Score Measure?
Global diversity is understood in terms of geographical, ethnic, and sociocultural origins. The Global Diversity Score evaluates the extent to which companies employ people of diverse backgrounds, thereby leveraging new talent potentials and fostering global equal opportunities.
The Global Diversity Score for the Ranking is determined by:
Share of international employees
Share of employees from non-EU countries
Diversity of international employees in terms of country of origin
Gender diversity among international employees

Who is Behind the Ranking?
The "Global Diversity Top 100" ranking is an initiative by Imagine in collaboration with Impact Job, the non-profit job platform by GoVolunteer. We are committed to facilitating a clear path to Germany for international talent. Our vision is to assist both employers and international talents by promoting global diversity in German companies. Imagine has already trained and coached over 10,000 prospects from non-European countries. More than 800 professionals have found employment in German companies through our program.
